Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
Eligible Items
All watches, perfumes (unopened), bags, and accessories are eligible for return. Personalized or engraved items are final sale.
Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing time is 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
